Hamlet Danielyan has a bachelor’s degree in Management faculty from Armenian State University of Economics and also an MBA degree with a specialization in accounting and finance from the American University of Armenia.

He began his professional career in a law firm, where he worked for 5 years and acquired skills, experience and knowledge in the field of legal services. In parallel, he worked in other organizations as a legal consultant. After that, he founded the consulting company "VIRTUOUS" and continued his professional activity here. He is a member of the RA Chamber of Advocates, has a license to engage in advocacy.
Specializes in tax law, labor law, contract law and
bankruptcy. Author of many legislative initiatives. Speaks Armenian, Russian and English.
Along with his main job, Mikayel Danielyan is the Chairman of the Youth Board of the RA Chamber of Advocates, in addition, he conducts advanced training courses for licensed lawyers in the Chamber of Advocates, and is also a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the RA Chamber of Advocates.
