Hamlet Danielyan graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the American University of Armenia (AUA), with a specialization in Finance and Accounting.
He is fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English.
Hamlet Danielyan is dedicated to sharing his expertise with emerging professionals, supporting their initial career steps with hands-on mentorship and advisory guidance. At the same time, he remains a trusted, steadfast partner to the firm’s corporate clients and partner businesses.
Concurrently, he worked as a legal advisor across accounting and various corporate entities. He subsequently founded "Virtuous" Consulting Company, continuing his core professional practice here. He is a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia and holds a valid advocacy license. He specializes in tax law, labor law, contract law, and bankruptcy-related legal matters, and is the author of numerous legislative initiatives.
He is fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English.
Alongside his primary practice, he conducts advanced training courses for lawyers at the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia. He also serves as a member of the Chamber’s Disciplinary Committee and is a member of the coordinating committee of the Union of Law Offices. In addition, he has been serving as a legal expert for the World Bank since 2024.
